30-Day, No-Questions-Asked Guarantee

We stand behind Refined Tallow Cream. If you tried it and it isn't right for your skin, you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a refund - no explanation needed, no conditions on how much you've used.

How to request a refund

Email us at info@syzygyskin.com within 30 days of receipt and we'll guide you through the next steps. No questions asked, although feedback to help us improve is much appreciated!

Once we receive your email, we will confirm the return address and next steps. Please don't send anything back before contacting us first, so we can make sure it reaches us correctly.

Return shipping

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we're unable to issue a refund for items lost in transit back to us.

Damages and issues

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at info@syzygyskin.com with a photo of the issue and we'll make it right at no extra cost to you.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. The product cost is refunded in full; original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable. Please allow a little extra time for your bank or card provider to reflect the funds.
